Making of the society to multiracial came to advance more and more by the progress

of the internationalization.

In such the child society,

we think that it is indispensable to be able to select the educational environment

that can learn the language and culture of the country that they need according to their situations.

Because children form the ego through the process of education.

However, it cannot be said that the environment of the education of the school will be straightened

in a present situation.

Moreover, it seems that it is difficult to improve the current state

in present School Education Law.

The schools of Article 1 (school that corresponds to School Education Law Article 1) are giving

and subsidization of the qualification of the university examination.

But, it is not enough in various schools etc. where the class is done

by the curriculum based on School Education Law.

Then, we aim at the enactment of New law based on School Education Law

(tentative name native language education law)

intended for the school that teaches the native language educations.
